Soft Spot 10XP After making a successful attack with a non-starship/vehicle weapon, the character may spend one Destiny Point to add damage equal to his Cunning to one hit of the successful attack.
Hard Headed (Rank 2) 5XP, 20XP The character may perform the Hard Headed action. On any turn in which the character is staggered or disoriented, he may perform the Hard Headed action (this action may be specifically performed even though he is normally barred fro performing actions when staggered). He makes a Daunting (4 Difficulty Dice) Discipline check. If he succeeds, he is no longer staggered or disoriented. The difficulty of this check decreases by one per additional rank of Hard Headed, to a minimum of Easy.

Durable (Rank 1) 10XP The character may reduce a Critical Injury result suffered by 10 per rank of Durable, to a minimum of one.

Background

Born on the frigidly cold desert world Elom, Toor was born into a family of rare mineral miners. Yet, growing up and seeing the dissatisfaction of his parents towards the Republic and the now, rule of the Empire, Toor always felt life had something else in store for him other than governmental mining operations. Living for years almost exclusively underground, at the age of fourteen, a explorers guild made its way into Toor's cavernous city settlement. These newcomers told wondrous tales of their offworld expeditions, new discoveries, and interestingly enough, sought to recruit others for a guild internship. Being his species was extremely valuable for deep archaeological operations, Toor was lucky enough to apply and become accepted into the explorers guild as a intern.

From that point, Toor earn his labor by aiding the daring explorers with discoveries of new primitive alien species, surveying unknown wildernesses, and locating newfound civilizations. Further, as he became more knowledgeable of the craft, Toor learned how to expand his serves to educational institutions, the corporate sector archaeologists and rich tycoon playboys. For a time, the elom tracker became a renowned wilderness guide in the Mytus system for large pharmaceutical corporations just outside of Corporate Sector. There Toor lead numerous expeditions to naturally sparse flora which were frequently used in medicine or other botanical drug distribution.


Now, Toor is a for-hire expedition guide, tracker and explorer always searching for new exciting adventures.

Motivation

Anywhere but here!: Toor is driven by his liberating passions of exploration, guiding others to a quarry and tracking the down lost. Soon as he finishes one trek, he quickly begins to plan his next expedition.
