Tsura grew up on Cosia. Despite an interest in the broader galaxy, he did not find an opportunity to travel in his youth, and once the Clone Wars began it quickly became far too dangerous, especially when Palpatine's New Order and its humanocentricism came to prominence.

Tsura is a cook by profession, and a good one by Cosian standards. He has always had a tendency to anticipate the arrival of guests and whatever peculiar requests they may bring to the table. He and his family have long suspected that this comes from a connection to the Force, but it went unnoticed by the Jedi, and it was not wise to speak about such things under the Empire. Tsura combed through whatever texts on the Force he could find on Cosia without drawing attention, but lifeless prose, while interesting, did not help him understand the connection he felt to something underlying the whole galaxy. And so whatever talents he possessed went undeveloped.

At least, until after the Battle of Endor, when Tsura joined a group of Cosians on a jaunt across the galaxy, led by Elder Kura. His path crossed with that of Luke Skywalker, who sensed his connection to the Force and, once he had confirmed it, offered him a place at his new academy. The shocked Cosian refused at first, but in the end could not resist. After all, this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to find new wisdom that he could back to Cosia. He owed it to his people, if not to himself.

Quest: Become a Jedi.

Regardless of what misgivings or limitations Tsura might have, he wants to live up to the potential Master Skywalker has seen in him and join the ranks of the new Jedi order.

Morality: 50

Strength: Wonder. Tsura is enthralled by the vastness of possibilities in the galaxy, and always keeps his mind open to new experiences.

Weakness: Hesitation. Tsura feels his lack of experience in the galaxy keenly, and feels out-paced by the talented youngsters that make up the rest of the Jedi Academy. He tends to keep his feelings and ideas to himself, and readily cedes ground to his more determined and eager peers.

Tsura is a stooped, yellow-eyed, green-scaled Cosian. His hair is a dark blue, with a few traces of silver cropping up, and worn in a long braid. He prefers to wear robes, and is not prone to sudden movements.
