Congenial 2 May spend strain equal to your ranks of Congenial to downgrade the difficulty of a Charm or Negotiation check. Alternatively, you may spend strain to upgrade the difficulty when targeted by charm or Negotiation.
Steely Nerves Spent 1 Destiny Point to ignore the effects of Critical injuries on Willpower and Presence checks until the end of the encounter.
Natural Negotiator Once per session, you may reroll a negotiation or Cool Check.
Backroom Deal Once per encounter, make a 3 purple Negotiation check to reveal previous unknown dealings have a meaningful impact on the current scene.
Blather Action: make a 3 purple charm or deception check. If successful each adversary per success is disoriented for a number of rounds equal to the character's presence. You may spend 1 Triumph to inflict stagger to 1 affected target.
Diplomatic Immunity Once Per Encounter, as an out of turn incidental, you may spent 1 destiny point and adversaries cannot choose you as the target of a combat check until the end of the next turn. This effect ends if the player takes a combat check.
Resource Allocation At the beginning of a mass combat check, make a hard (3 purple) charm or negotiation check to increase the forces strength by one step for the duration of the encounter. You may spend a triumph to upgrade the abillity of the forces first Mass combat check.
