Background
Jedi Knight Yaan spent her formative years studying and being instructed in the ways of a Jedi Consular, however when her first master was slain on an expedition to a Jedi Temple in the outer rim she took up the study of a Jedi Guardian under her second master, learning the basics of Soresu. By the time she made the Rank of Knight she had a firm grasp of the Soresu style and began learning the Shien style. She now regularly fights with the reverse grip of Shien to start a fight before switching to Soresu if she feels overpowered.
