Garth is a Drall engineer. He majored in cybernetics at the Mastigophorous Academy on Drall (the planet). After graduation, he got an entry level position at a small cybernetics corporation in the Techsec at Centerpoint Station.

Approximately 5 year ago, he was commissioned by his superior to do a rush job for a hand prosthetic, off the record. In his haste to complete the project, he accidentally introduced a malfunction. This malfunction was triggered when the prosthetic entered low gravity and resulted in sporadic calibration issues with grip strength.

Unfortunately, the recipient of the hand was a relatively high ranking member of the Null Town Syndicate. Null Town is located close to the stations rotational axis and has 5% standard gravity. Suffice to say the increased grip strength malfunction triggered. More importantly, it triggered while the gangster was interacting with a sensitive area.

Garth was of course blamed, his superior however was kind enough to warn him of his client's wrath, and he was able to get off the station. The gangster placed a rather size-able bounty on his head, so Garth had no choice but to flee the core sector.

He eventually arrived at The Wheel, a space station on the outer edge of the mid rim. It is nominally independent; people come and go frequently with no notice by imperial customs, which means there was no apparent evidence of his arrival. He has gotten a job working as a low level starship and droid mechanic.

Getting the bounty called off is Garth's primary motivation. As an engineer, he is looking for a technical solution, primarily a cybernetic one. If he is able to create a cybernetic solution to undoing the damage that created this mess, maybe he can find a way to get rid of the bounty.

Below the surface though, Garth is actually enjoying the freedom to work on his own projects independent of the academic and corporate hierarchy he has known his whole life. Furthermore, there is a bit of him that revels in the fear that comes with being hunted and the satisfaction at his ability to elude his hunters.

Bounty (15) : There is a bounty of 10000 credits on Garth's head. Given the nature of the grievance, getting the bounty called off will be next to impossible.

Garth is bulkier then an average Drall. While most of his species spend their lives with little to no strenuous activity, two years of work as a deckhand on a Perlemian trade route smuggling ship and three years working on starships has made the Drall abnormally strong and agile for his species. The change in appearance was of course an added bonus. At a glance, most people would not even think he is Drall.
