Background

Kassia grew up on Zeltros, enjojying the planet's constant party atmosphere, but always craving a little extra excitement. She trained extensively in Teräs Käsi as an adolescent, which helped her get a job in security for a while, dealing with guests to the planet who caused disruptions to others as quickly and quietly as possible. She eventually took to egging people on and creating problems so there would be an excuse to fight, then to infiltrating dangerous groups or even starting fights outright. She drew some scrutiny eventually, but managed to evade serious consequences until she tried her usual tricks on the Carnelian Coterie.

Kassia loves the thrill of getting deep into dangerous situations, the slowly building tension before the inevitable.

Blackmail:
Sectis Saverath saw right through Kassia's plans, and set her up with video evidence that would get her kicked out of her job and shipped off Zeltros, but offered her a job doing similar work all across the galaxy with more dangerous people. She had little choice but to accept, though she might have anyway.
