Description
Once per game session as an action, the character may spend 2 Destiny Points, nominate one vehicle, starship, living creature of silhouette 3 or smaller that he can see and make an Hard K.Warfare or Athletics Check. If he succeeds, for the next three rounds, he and each other friendly character within medium range of him ignore the target's Armor [or Soak] when inflicting damage on the target with non-vehicle/starship weapons.
Upgrade Effect
Increase Silhouette(Sil 3) Increase Silhouette of targets that can be affected by The Bigger They Are by 1.
Change Skill(Athletics) May use Athletics instead of K.Warfare when activating The Bigger They Are.

Background

Raynor is rarely seen without a smirk on his face, and while young, he carries himself with a mix of youthful exuberance and wartorn veteran. He cuts an imposing figure, a near-hulking height of over 2½ meters and weighing 265lbs, massive for a Sathari, but extremely agile despite his bulk.

His plumage begins as a dark blue at the roots and fades from teal to green at the tips. His arms have been replaced with cybernetics, beginning at the bicep, a carbon-fiber polymer, in a sleek matte black finish. His left shoulder bears the ODART skull tattoo, with wings made of combat knives, blaster pistols, and blaster rifles. His torso is rife with scar tissue, sporting several dozen blaster scars and scars from stabbings. His legs, of matching matte black cybernetic, begin at mid-thigh. Looking closely, one can see the telltale markings of implanted cybernetics, the most obvious of which are the small armor plates implanted just beneath his skin.

The majority of the left side of his face is covered with an Alliance firebird dye-tattoo, encircling his left eyes and stark red against the blue plumage of his feathers. His left lower eye is a mass of scar tissue, with a durasteel eyepatch bolted in place, while his left upper eye is solid black with a bright red targeting reticule clearly visible over the retina.

```Raynor is a soldier's soldier, through and through, but is very protective of his unit and of those he calls his friends and family. Having lost too many close friends, he believes that he must take whatever hits that must be taken and pull off the plays that would probably kill someone else to make sure that everyone gets home to fight another day.```

Duties

**Duty: Shock and Awe** 
```Raynor serves the Alliance by being a brute force implement. When there are enemy lines that need to be broken, they send Raynor. When a position needs to be held against all odds, they send Raynor. During ground engagements, Raynor acts as both hammer and anvil of the Alliance, leaving Imperials broken in his wake and standing as a point of Rebel pride that symbolizes they will not be defeated. He stands unbroken against any and all adversity, forever with a smirk and smartass remark, in an attempt to always keep his allies morale up.```
