Darred was one of the best and he knew it.

The problem was he wanted to make sure everybody else knew it.

That’s how he ended up flying for the Rebellion. One too many free Correllian ales and the Alliance recruiter got him talking. Soon talking turned to boasting. Soon boasting turned to betting and sure enough he found himself behind the controls of a landspeeder racing a Rebel pilot. If Darred won, he’d get 1,000 credits and a bottle of whiskey. If the pilot won, Darred would find himself in an orange flight suit soon enough.

Fast forward a few years and he still wants to make sure everyone knows who he is. The markings on the side of his X-Wing cockpit mark the number of enemy ships he took out. Even though he had help from the Y-Wing squadron, he still had the black stencil of a Star Destroyer on his cockpit.

Best of the Best - Whatever the vehicle is, Darred wants to be better than all the rest. He knows it and he needs the world to know.

Tall and lanky, his four arms are considered long and lean even for a member of his species.
