Description
The Force user restrains an enemy, preventing the target from acting.

The user may spend [FP] to immobilize a target within Short range until the end of the user's next turn. If the user used any DS points to generate FP the target also suffers 1 wound per FP on the check (ignoring soak). (May not be activated multiple times).
Upgrade Effect
Control Spend [FP]; whenever a target affected by Bind takes an action, that target suffers Strain equal to the Force user's Willpower. (May not be activated multiple times).
Strength 3 Spend [FP] to disorient the target for a number of rounds equal to Strength upgrades purchased.
Mastery When the user is making a Bind power check. If the check was not already opposed, the user may roll an opposed Discipline vs. Discipline check against one target of the power. If no (DS) were used to generate (FP) and the user succeeds on the check, he may immediately stagger the target until the end of his next turn. If any (DS) were used to generate (FP) and the check succeeds, the target suffers a Critical Injury, adding + 10 to the roll per (FP) spent on the check.
Range 2 Spend FP to increase power's range by a number of range bands equal to Range upgrades purchased

Description
Once per game session as an incidental, spend 2 Destiny Points. For the rest of the round, whenever that character makes a Charm, Coercion, Deception, or Negotiation check, the character downgrades the difficulty of the check the number of times needed
to remove all [RED DIE] from the pool.
Upgrade Effect
Duration 2 Unmatched Negotiation lasts 1 additional round per rank.
Increase Effect Engaged allied characters making Charm, Coercion, Deception, or Negotiation checks while this power is active downgrade their difficulty dice once.
Destiny Unmatched Negotiation costs 1 Destiny Point instead of 2.

Karuun is a kind, quiet Polis Massan Teacher. Like most initiates Karuun, was taken from their home planet early in life. As is the tradition in their homeworld, Karuun specializes in archeology and relic history, and prefers to fieldwork to classroom instruction.
