Name Rank Book & Page Description
Indistinguishable 3 The character's appearance is so common that people have a hard time identifying distinguishing traits. Opposing characters upgrade the difficulty of any checks made to identify him once per rank of Indistinguishable.
Shortcut 2 During a chase, the character adds Boost per rank of Shortcut to his checks made to catch or escape an opponent.
Swift The character does not suffer the penalties for moving through difficult terrain (he moves through it at normal speed, without spending additional maneuvers).
Second Wind 1 Once per encounter, the character may use a Second Wind incidental to recover an amount of strain equal to his ranks in Second Wind.
Bypass Security 1 Remove Setback equal to the character’s ranks in Bypass Security from Skulduggery or Computers skill checks made to disable a security device or open a locked door.
Freerunning Once per round, before performing a Move maneuver, the character may suffer 1 strain. If he does so, he may use his Move maneuver to move to any location within short range (even straight up) as long as there is some sort of object to move across or a path to move along.
Hidden Storage 2 Any large equipment, vehicle, or droid that the character owns has one or more hidden compartments for smuggling appropriately sized gear. The number of compartments is up to the player, but cannot be enough to hold a total encumbrance value of items more than the character's ranks in Hidden Storage. The size of the compartments are proportional to the size of the vehicle or droid in question. Most humanoid droids can only hold items equivalent in size to a one-handed weapon, whereas a silhouette 4 starship could conceal humanoids within its compartments. Any checks to detect these compartments have a Formidable difficulty.
Incite Distraction While in a crowd or populated area, the character may perform the Incite Distraction action to make an average Deception check. If successful, enemies treat the area as difficult terrain for the remainder of the encounter. The character may spend a Triumph to make the location impassable terrain to them instead.
Jump Up Once per round on the character's turn, the character may stand up from prone or a seated position as an incidental.
Lose Them When being followed or chased, the character may take the Lose Them action and make a hard Stealth check. If successful, he adds two Setback to checks to follow him for the encounter and may spend a Triumph from his check to lose his pursuers completely.
Natural Athlete Once per game session, the character may reroll any one Athletics or Coordination check.
Street Smarts 1 The character removes a Setback per rank of Street Smarts from his Streetwise and Knowledge (Underworld) checks.

Force Powers

Force Rating
Power
Unmatched Tradecraft
Description
Once per session as an incidental, after the player rolls the dice for a Deception check but before resolving the results of the check, he may spend two Destiny Points to remove one of the rolled Difficulty dice from the pool. The results from that die are ignored, and the check is then resolved as normal.
Upgrade Effect
Change Skill: Skulduggery Unmatched Tradecraft can be used with the Skullduggery skill.
Frequency (1) Unmatched Tradecraft can be used an additional time per game session equal to ranks in Frequency upgrade.
Destiny To activate Unmatched Tradecraft, the character only needs to spend 1 Destiny Point instead of the normal 2.
Increase Effect: Challenge Unmatched Tradecraft can also be used on Challenge dice.
Increase Number (2) Unmatched Tradecraft affects one additional die per rank in Increase Number upgrade.
Increase Effect: Setback Unmatched Tradecraft can also be used on Setback dice.
Change Skill: Stealth Unmatched Tradecraft can be used with the Stealth skill.

Background

Motivation

Wanderlust - The character is driven to explore the galaxy and rarely stays in one place for long. He's motivated to uncover remote or unexplored regions and seeing everything that can be seen. Alternatively, this character is driven to experience new sensations and activities, perhaps rather hedonistically.

Duties

Support - The Rebel Alliance succeeds because of teamwork. From a vehicle, Aces are able to support missions by providing escorts, mission insertion and extraction, sensor data, communications, and more. Flop is devoted to helping his fellow Rebels achieve their Duties by providing whatever assistance they need. Although he may not get the same amount of reward or recognition as the people he is helping, Flop has many more opportunities than his allies do to fulfill his Duty to the Rebellion.

Description

"Twiglike" best describes Flop. He is of above average height but scrawny (5'10" and 140 lbs), probably from missing too many meals. All of 20, he looks younger still. He's got pale skin, light eyes, and a wide smile, all of which give him a pleasant, youthful appearance. He has a mess of brown hair that he never bothers to style, but somehow works for him. You'll usually see him dressed plainly in simple, muted tones, preferring durability and utility to aesthetics.

A natural introvert, he tends to blend into the background and is often awkward when thrust into the spotlight.
