Bando was born in a deep sea RMS colony on Halbara. The colonies population is mainly Mon Calamari or Quarrans who fled Mon Cala during the rise of the Empire.

His father is a foreman in one of the deep sea mines, and his mother is a senior droid technician.

As a child, Bando hated being left at home alone so would usually accompany one of his parents to work and be left to tinker in the mines. He spent a lot of his time imitating his father by bossing around defective droids that were scheduled for repair, or helping his mothers crew with the repairs themselves.

Now of working age, Bando has become quite the droid tinkerer while also being quite a charismatic character...when talking to droids. He can be quite shy when it comes to other species and prefers the company of his droid friends Eenie, Meanie, Miney and Blocky.

As RMC and the other Mining Guilds in the Elrood Sector struggle to compete with Imperial Mining Ltd., Bando has been transferred out of his previous crew and into parts procurement.

His name has been passed around to various organisations in the sector and he is preparing to leave the ocean and his planet for the first time...

```Innovation - Waste Not, Want Not
The character hates to let anything go to waste and tries to devise ways of recycling or refurbishing discarded parts, scrap metal, old technology and worn-out droids. Growing up in the Mining Guild, any piece of equipment who's time to failure can be extended saves the guild time and money. This has also mixed with Bando's pet peeve, the thought of later realising that something thrown away was useful. While his workshop and living area are often cluttered, Bando likely claims to know where everything is.```
