You don't see Kemenril. Not unless he wants you to.

Born in the Undercity of the 74th District of Northern Axxila, Kemenril was a sensitive and reclusive child, even for a Gotal. Orphaned at birth and raised until the age of 5 in a state-run facility, he thereafter lived on the streets, running with gangs, and only occasionally sleeping under a roof. Even amongst his friends in the gang, he kept to himself: all Gotals are hyper-empaths, and Kemenril seemed a particularly strong example of his species in this respect. But he was exceptionally skilled in sneaking around and getting his hands on what was needed, so his strange demeanor and reclusive tendencies were overlooked.

He did not see the sky of his own world until he was 12, when he was arrested alongside his fellow gang members for stealing speeder batteries. Spending the next six months in a juvenile detention facility was hell for Kemenril, and he never saw his friends again. While under the "care" of the state, the authoritites discovered that he had unusual talents: he could disappear, seemingly at will, and could escape any locks or restraints. His jailors dedicated a force of 10 guards to monitor him around the clock.

Kemenril's eventual release came at the hands of a dubious source: the Inquisition. Marked as a Force-user for his talents while under imprisonment, he was brought to a re-education camp, and trained as a tracker-assassin by the notorious Sith Instructor Bezaleen. Years of thorough, brutal lessons followed: he learned to remain unseen, to find and follow prey, and to mark them for the kill. His first assassination came when he was only 15: a Duros trader suspected of funneling money to a local Rebel sympathizer. The memory of the trader's fear stuck with Kemenril: he knew what he had done was deeply wrong, and yet did not know how to escape this particular prison.

For 9 more years, Kemenril served the nefarious needs of the Empire on Axxila. He became known as "The Horned Ghost", for people would only ever catch glimpses of him. He was a rumour, a myth, a nightmare -- and Instructor Bezaleen delighted in his progress.

After 12 years of service, Kemenril seized an opportunitiy to escape. Slaying his master and stealing his lightsaber, Kemenril secreted himself aboard a freighter and fled Axxila. He had never been off-planet until that day. For the next 3 years, Kemenril has used his talents of subterfuge and investigation to find, track, and kill Sith. He is obsessed with the annihilation of the Sith, and though he knows he cannot accomplish it alone, very little will stop him from trying.

Description

Tall, even for a Gotal: approximately 2.1 metres.
Grey-yellow skin and dark, black fur.
His horns are short for a Gotal -- only about six inches long.
Small, red eyes.
Prefers to remain unseen, and is an expert at hiding himself in any environment. Can remain immobile for many hours.
When he moves, he moves quickly and decisively.
