Background
Xepper is a scientist that's highly interested in ancient and old world tech, primarily of a Sith or Old Republic origin; the problem is he's not force sensitive at all. He's xenophobic of all but his fellow Skakoakans, (often simply being scared of those that simply aren't Skakoakan,) who even then with how few Skakoans actually travel beyond Skako, they're are viewed with suspicions of not actuallg being Skakoans.
To prove himself to his family, or so he claims, he has agreed to undergo a competition between him and his twin brother; They're to choose a side of the Force, research it, find out forbidden secrets and return with a valuable artifact from the era of force-imbued swords. Xepper has one particular Sith sword he's obsessed with, which had belonged to his family long in the past.
He owns a fledging coffee shop on Skako prime, that's being temporarily ran by his little sister while he's scouring the universe for Sith secrets.
Motivation
Xepper has a specific drive of discovery for Sith technology, swords, proto-sabers, Old Republic era tech, and most curiously Sith alchemy, yet this makes him egotistically focused on achieving his goals without accepting anything less than the best to prove himself.
Duties
Testing Nutcase: The one who will always test first, test last and test any chance possible. The moment an Engineer neglects safety checks, device become a dangerous uncertainty, that Xepper loves. Xepper loves researching technology and methodoligies, especially outside of controlled labs, during live-fire exercises and in the middle of battle.
Description
Cyn Xepper, a 44 year old, short, slender & tender built Skakoakan, is erractic and often fearful of xenos he encounters. His pressurised suit makes him sound mechanical and hollow, on top of vocal glitches, when in fact it's simply just the nature of the processing limitations when translating Skakoverbal into Basic. He wears a black Skakoan pressurised suit, that's trimmed with yellow accents and a peculiar (and disorienting) stripped patterned robe of dark and light greys.
