1) When you're a little tot you think that everyone experiences the world as you do, not knowing that being able to sense the worms and maggots in the trees and under the duff of the forest is abnormal. I've known something was amiss, it wasn't until a Jedi came to my branch that was I told exactly how amiss it actually was.

2) Me and my childhood friend Kaavas would often run the long tree branches, effortlessly (or so we told ourselves) gliding from canopy to canopy. Until I convinced him that we were ready for THE jump, the one that we had been building to, the one we had seen adrenaline seeking adults brave. We were not ready.

3) The Jedi who put a name to the sensation I had been feeling recruited me, much to my mother and fathers' chagrin. They always saw me as a leader, a voice for the next generation of Sathari. But I know better, I know where it is I belong.

4) Teenot Tumris, my father. His position within the branches is to record keep. A position of great honor and prestige, one he hoped I would pursue as well.

5) Leaving Arbooine remains the hardest thing I have done, to date. Brought up I was always taught about the importance of culture, and honoring your values no matter the obstruction. To my family, leaving Arbooine is turning away from what I was taught. I know, that leaving Arbooine honors those values in the most important way.
