Garrote- a character who makes a successful brawl attack when using a garage against a Target can cause at Target to become suffocated. Target's may attempt to break free of a garotte with an opposed brawl vs. Brawl check, adding setback for each round they have been caught
SH-9 Slugthrower Pistol- add set back to perception checks to find an SH-9 on a person's body. Add setback two perception or vigilance checks made to locate a concealed shooter firing an SH-9

Description
The character may attempt to guide, shape, and even twist the thoughts and feelings of others.

Special Rule (light/dark use): when guiding and shaping thoughts, only Force generated from dark may be used to generate negative emotions such as rage, fear, and hatred. Only Force generated from light may be used to generate positive emotions such as peace, tranquility, and friendliness. other emotions such as confusion can be created from Force generated from either light or dark.

The character may spend Force to stress the mind of one living Target he is engaged with, inflecting one strain

Magnitude 3 Spend Force to increase targets affected equal to magnitude upgrades purchased
Control when making a Coercion, charm, deception, leadership, or negotiation check, the force user may roll an influence power check as part of his dice pool. He may spend forced to gain success or advantage (user's choice) on the check
Duration 4 Spin Force to increase duration by number of rounds (or minutes) equal to duration upgrades purchased
