Neira was raised a slave. Being sold from Master to Master. Hutt to Pirate, Pirate to Hutt. Eventually she was sold to a group of Trandoshan slavers who ran a Gladiator pit. Her Job was to take care of the fighters. As a female, this came with it's... challenges. One day while being harassed, one of the fighters that had been there the longest, a Besalisk, stepped in and helped. Later he began teaching her to defend herself. She watched and studied every fight. She kept training and got better. Much better. Eventually a riot broke out and she a long with many others were able to escape.

Responsibility - Since being freed, Neira has made a promise to herself. She would never be a slave or do anyone's bidding, other than her own, ever again. In fact when she she's any form of slavery, her goal is to immediately shut it down.
