He was once a premier intelligence officer for the Empire, but when the NIA was folded back into Imperial Intelligence he was forced into early retirement for having romantic relationships with his superior officer's wives.
Since then it seems like he has been let himself go, giving in to heavy drinking, womanizing, and falling in with the criminal assets he established while working for the Empire.
Now an Information Broker with a seemingly infinite web of contacts, he is also currently enjoys immunity as a Criminal Informant (CI) to the Imperial Security Bureau (ISB).
