Background
Recruited by the Jedi Order at the scandalous age of six years old, Suro Astal was born into an old and prestigious noble family on the planet of Mirial. Mirialan culture holds both status (due to facial tattoos that tell their life stories) and the Force in high regards, so when Suro's Force sensitivity was discovered, it was seen as both a great honor and no surprise that such a house of high breeding would be sending a daughter to join the ranks of the Jedi Knights. Her temple training did not entirely remove the haughtiness that had been instilled in her from birth, kept alive by her natural potential and romanticized view of the Jedi. Stubborn and prideful, the Jedi council had previously delayed her becoming a padawan in order to give her more time to mature; however, with the outbreak of the Clone Wars, the decision was made to assign her a master who would help to curb her personality and send her out get some real-world experience away from her sheltered upbringing.
Naturally gifted in physical pursuits, and sensitivity to both the flow of the Force and emotions, Suro has focused her training on lightsaber combat and other skills that would aid her in her dream to become a noble knight gallant in service to the republic. Officially trained in the Ataru form, she has instead decided to develop her own style using her gifts and instincts, unaware of the shadowed path she has begun to tread...
Motivation
Challenge, Perfection: Considering that Mirialan culture has one's successes (and failures) branded across their faces, Suro aims to succeed in all she tries, in order to show the galaxy that she is can live up to the weight that has been placed on her shoulders, and the title of Jedi.
Morality
Morality: 70
Pride: Suro strives for perfection, because nothing less would be proper for a noble Knight of the Republic. She accepts no excuses from herself and throws herself at her training and her work, and every success pushes her harder to rise to new heights.
Arrogance: Born to a family that has long ruled on the cultural center for her species, and trained by the distinguished Jedi order, Suro has always seen herself in a world above the common people. This can be troublesome, especially since she provides the same amount of leniency to others that she gives to herself: none.
Duty: 15
Combat Victory: Ever straightforward, Suro seeks to bring the war to a swift conclusion by cutting down the CIS wherever they are found. That war is not that simple is something she will soon learn.
