Background
Monstan has always wanted to fly...something. As he was growing up, he was always piloting something, and it was very early when it turned out that his recklessness and talents pay off only when flying a fighter.
He was the youngest Iakaru to be choosen for the self defense league, but he grew out of these shoes quickly. Soon, he foundhimself at The Wheel and it's newly formed Sector Watch.
