Taken as a child by the newly founded imperial inquisition, Guy was a disappointment to the trainers, they said he lacked the strength in the force beyond a few basic abilities. However he was kept around due to his excellent academic abilities, and was eventually assigned to the Firemen, those of the inquisition assigned to rooting out and destroying all Lore and Knowledge outlawed by the Emperor.
