Born shortly before the battle of endor, his parents were both rebels, his father a fighter ace who was crippled in the final moments of Endor whereas his mother was among the many medics and support staff helping the alliance. Grew up on Corellia having a very free childhood, explored the streets and grew to learn a bit of everything from the world around him.

Backstory Primer
1. How did you discover your force sensitivity?
Throughout his childhood Ohta was always more athletically capable, doing things that seemed almost supernatural, it never really clicked until he was found by the order.
2. Describe a moment where you fell prey to your moral weakness or experienced a tragedy/horror that still haunts you.
He and his friends were in trouble with a local gang for some petty crime he abandoned his friends behind because he thought they couldn’t keep up with him.
3. How did you come to join the NJO?
After stealing an unattended airspeeder belonging to a local swoop gang, "The " he had to run before they caught him, found himself running faster and jumping farther than he thought was possible, before bumping into Knight Valla who sensed his force sensitivity and took him into the order.
4. Name one NPC your character has a strong connection with. Describe the nature of your connection. This could be a family member, a friend, a work contact, or a bitter rival.
Father- Tarion Gatheri, fought as a fighter ace during endor but was crippled in a crashlanding, never flew since but continued serving with the new republic fighter corps/navy, wise and would generally give Ohta the chance to do things on his own (apart from the whole flying thing)
