Risech Kel is an unassuming Togruta officer who served in the Alliance Navy for much of the Civil War. She proceeded from cadet, to Operations Officer, up to XO of the medical frigate Salvation. There, her career seemingly stagnated. Her pack instincts and desire to support the war effort meant that she made her captain and each individual department look good and sort of blended into the background without any opportunity to distinguish herself to command.

That is, until the Battle of Endor, where an attack by a squadron of TIEs stuck the frigate, leading to her captain being incapacitated. Calmly, Risech glided into the command position as if she'd always been there. She responded to the attack and safeguarded the patients on board the Salvation, ultimately earning herself a commendation and her own command: The CR 90 Corvette Little Sister.

Drive: Subordinates: Risech wants to see every sailor under her command develop their skills and reach their fullest potential, even if that means surpassing her. She always singles out individual accomplishments for praise in her reports, though she is likewise unstinting in her appraisal of shortcomings and failures.

Support (0): Risech Kel sees herself as the member of a pack and her role as helping every other member perform better towards achieving their objective. To that end, she maintains a quietly approachable demeanor and keeps an "open door" policy on board the Little Sister. While she frowns on individuals attempting to jump the chain of command and bypass their superiors, anyone may approach her with concerns or conversation.

Risech is a little shorter than the average Togruta, and she walks barefoot when not in full dress uniform, further reducing her apparent size. She normally keeps a neutral expression, but will give a closed-lip smile when she wants to reassure someone. She only shows her teeth when she's trying to be unsettling.
