Background

Clan Oriss is an old Mandalorian clan. As traditionalists that refused to surrender their weapons and also refused Deathwatch, they fortified what holdings they had, while stockpiling and maneuvering politically for a war that they felt would soon come.

With the sudden and violent end to the Clone Wars and the destruction of the Jedi Order, Traevis was one of a few younger Mandalorians almost saddened that they wouldn't get a chance to prove themselves in war. But with the end of the Republic and the start of the Empire, she'd soon face bigger problems.

During some skirmishes between clans to grab the Deathwatch territories on Mandalore after the small-scale civil war, Traevis got her chance to prove that she could indeed enter a battlefield and leave with her head still attached. However, when the Empire eventually laid full claim to Mandalore with the help of treacherous rival clans, the Oriss lost their Beskar mines for what can only be called 'flimsy' reasons if one feels generous.

With the Empire starting to spread its dark influence over all of its territories, Traevis is one of many Mandalorians now traveling the galaxy - both to earn funds, and to garner support for her clan. She fully suspects that a war for Mandalore is unavoidable. And in the meantime, she takes great pleasure in kicking in the teeth of any dishonorable criminal and imperial who think the galaxy belongs to them and that their horrible actions towards the people living in it will go unpunished.

However, Traevis' efforts took a huge blow a few weeks ago. Drinking in a bar after a successful mission, she found herself drinking with a pink female Twi'Lek who just so happened to also be a Bounty Hunter - but her memories suddenly stop after two drinks. Waking up in an alleyway with most of her gear and credits stolen by the woman who drugged her, Traevis is on a warpath to get her revenge - and to get her damn armor back!

Motivation

Code: Quiet Professionalism
A true Mandalorian's actions speak for themselves. Big, flashy displays and boasting do not get you far. Traevis wants to build a reputation by action alone.

Belief: Honor
Mercenary and Bounty Hunter or not, Traevis is a honor-bound Mandalorian that follows the code of her ancestors and fellow clansmen.

Obligations

Vigilante - 5
There are a bunch of people on the Rim with nobody to turn to for help. Traevis will accept below-average payments or even payments given in a form as simple as a hot meal to help out those that are falling through the cracks between the Empire and organized crime.

A Score to Settle - 5
Somewhere out there is that bastard Twi'Lek that stole Traevis' armor. Both to reclaim her honor as a Mandalorian and to send a clear message, she has to find that bastard... or she'll never be able to return home to Mandalore.
