Hix 'Futch' Terroch was a bit of an outcast among other Mandalorians due to his clan's reputation. His Uncle, Luca 'The Rapid Rancor" Terroch was a bloodthirsty madman whom staged an insurrection during the Clone Wars. Luca massacred a small Mandolarian settlement, claiming said settlement was destroyed by the Republic. The Rapid Rancor went on to attack several nearby systems, attacking soldier and civilian without mercy. The Republic send a Clone Trooper battalion, the 33rd to deal with Luca and his militia but were overwhelmed and routed. 3 more Clone battalions and several Jedi Knights were needed to kill Luca.


A former member of Skull Squadron in the Mandalorian Navy .Hix was trained by Fenn Rau to fly Fang Fighters. Teroch had a reputation for being frequently wounded and recklessness. He lost his arm in a landing incident, after a sortie. He was reassigned from the Skull Squadron to Ocelot Squadron of the 477th Wing a 'Flying Tigers style' squadron, made up of rejects and dangerous pilots. This squadron bolster the forces of Warlords in the Outer Rim that had ties to figures in the Mandalorian Navy/Government.

During his time in Ocelot Squadron, Teroch flew alongside other mercenaries, pirate/privateer squadrons. He made connections with pirate squadrons and eventually left Ocelot Squadron in order to make more credits.

Teroch spend 5 years on Roanapur V, a tropical/arid desert moon; it was a pirate haven located near shipping lanes, particularly the supply lines of the Kuan-Bordal War. His base was a very large cave in the side of a mountain, pirate settlements were scattered across the moon. Teroch flew whatever fighters were available, his ARC-170, Z-95 headhunters, Y-wings, and Fang Fighters.

The Quib-Quib: A C-ROC Crusader that had been modified into a carrier. Hix was a member of the Knight Sabers, flying a BTL-A4 Y-wing, and ARC-170 with an astromech named M8-T1. He served on the Quib-Quib for 10 years until it's destruction at the "Blitz of Kuan', which also decimated the Knight Sabers. The Blitz of Kuan was an attack on the planet by a pirate fleet lead by Guun Cutlax and his Iska Pirates (Hired by Bordal's government). Unfortunately the Empire's 5th Fleet was nearby to intervene in the Kuan-Bordal War, and thwarted the pirate attack. Hix escaped in his ARC-170 when the Imperials arrived, unfortunately his credits stash was on the Quib-Quib when it exploded.

Lips (Deceased): male Rodian former quartermaster on the Quib-Quib, died in the warehouse shooting after accidentally shooting Teroch in the foot.

M8-T1 "Matey": An aftermarket astromech of a discontinued model. He became Teroch's astromech when he began flying Y-wings early in his pirate career. Matey has a very vitriolic friendship with Teroch, he erases gun-cam footage of Teroch's aerial victories and gaslights the Mandalorian when he is present for the victories.

Jae'gar Tozaio: male Duros pirate and ace pilot, one of Teroch's few surviving wingmen and closest friends. Survived the Blitz of Kuan in his Y-wing. He is currently laying low and trying to build up a crew/connections.

Ba-Al Reskiga: (Deceased): male Xexto, Teroch's former tail-gunner on the Cutlass, killed during the Blitz of Kuan when the Cutlass was hit from the rear by a blast from a tie interceptor.

Yekaterina 'Katya' Shinohara.: Female Chiss, slicer and former electronic warfare expert on the Cutlass (middle seat). Her and Teroch went their separate ways after surviving the Blitz of Kuan. Lost her right foot during the Blitz and now has a cybernetic replacement.

Teroch doesn't have a high opinion of the Empire. he dislikes their treatment of non-humans. Teroch shares credit with 8 other pilots for the destruction of the Imperial Raider-Class Corvette 'Tiamat'. Under the command of an inexperienced Captain Solon Jhee, the Tiamat was lured into an asteroid field, while responding to the distress call of a heavy freighter. The Tiamat was ambushed by Teroch's ARC-170 and 8 Y-wings that had hidden themselves among the asteroids.

Hix wears a mask beneath his clan helmet, a black balaclava/luchador style mask with a detachable breather grated mouth piece . Only his eyes are exposed. Hix's left eye is more yellow than brown and the pupil is white. You can just see a vertical slash scar around his left eye, looks like the skin could be burnt.
