Background
The "Odin" construct, is the remnants of a fragmented Jedi Holocron lost in around 5000-6000 BBY. To this day, said construct knows little of its history, but knows much of its priorities and goals, in regards to the transmission of knowledge to those around him.
Regardless, being entombed for thousands of years leaves a little bit of a sense of trepidation, and somewhat of a sense for more. Deciding to leave the purview of the renewed Jedi Order, he entombs himself inside a metal frame, fitting the pieces together around him. Odin sets out to reclaim a past long lost, tirelessly beating against the current.

Motivation
Cause: Knowledge. Odin is a construct of knowledge, and Odin seeks to assist others learn themselves as he seeks to know himself. He wants to pride himself in seeing themselves in those they teach, and those they guide and help. The Discipline and strong of mind will shine through, and he will find peace in their achievements.
Morality
Emotional Strength: Curiosity. Odin seeks to wander, seeks to assist, and seeks to mentor the new breed of Jedi. But there's this constant amount of trepidation, a sense of adventure, something NEW to discover. He wants to find it, in search of who he is, and who he was.
Emotional Weakness: Obsession. Odin does not fully comprehend how he came to be, and it staggers him, leading him almost blind. Obsessed with reclaiming his past, he stumbles forward to see who he was, rather than what he will be.
