Background
Cagey about his past. Has all the hallmarks of someone of the core systems, but most recently was the constable of a small Outer Rim village. His village fell victim to a disease, for which they did not have money for a cure. In a desperate attempt to save the town, Elyk enlisted the help of some unsavory smugglers to steal medicine from the Empire. It did not go well.
