Name Book & Page Description
Amphibious Fly Casual, Page 24 Quarren may breathe underwater without penalty and never suffer movement penalties for traveling through water.
Ink Spray Fly Casual, Page 24 Quarren can spit ink from a specialized sac within their gills that disperses in water, creating a brief murk used to confuse foes or escape predators. This ability can be used on land as well, though it is considerably less effective because it must be sprayed directly on the target. Once per encounter, as an out-of-turn incidental, a Quarren may suffer 2 strain to add 1 black die to a combat check made by a character within short range (under water, it adds 3 black die to the combat check instead).
Resolve When the character involuntarily suffers strain, he suffers 1 less strain per rank or Resolve (min 1).
Grit (2) Gain +1 strain threshold.
Powerful Blast (3) Increase Blast damage dealt by explosives, explosive weapons, and grenades by +1 per rank of Powerful Blast.
Rapid Recovery (2) When healing strain after an encounter, heal 1 additional strain per rank of Rapid Recovery.
Time to Go (2) The character may spend 1 Destiny Point to perform a Move maneuver as an incidental to attempt to move into cover or out of the blast range of a weapon or explosion. When activating Time to Go, allow 1 engaged ally to perform an out of turn Move maneuver as an incidental to move into cover or out of a blast range.
Selective Detonation (2) When using a weapon with the Blast quality, spend Advantage to exclude 1 target that would be affected by the explosion, up to ranks in Selective Detonation.
Master Grenadier Decrease the advantage cost to activate the Blast quality on any weapon used by 1 to a minimum of 1.
Toughened Gain +2 Wound Threshold.
Steady Nerves Remove 1 black die per rank of Steady Nerves from Cool or Skulduggery checks.

Skollus’ father, Dhhasti Qun, was a part of the Quarren Isolation League and therefore the Separatists, and participated in the civil war on Dac. During this time, Skollus was awed by the ideals and exploits of the League and the Separatists, and became a devout believer in these ideals. After the League was defeated, Dhhasti and Skollus fled and joined the Free Dac Volunteers Engineering Corps on Minntooine where the two built ships for the Separatists. Skollus in particular was assigned to working on the point defense guns of Recusant-class Destroyers. One day, Skollus was fiddling with a discarded round from one of the guns. While tinkering with it, he became intrigued with the explosive part of the round and almost blew up his station while investigating it. From that day on, Skollus became fascinated with explosives, and he even began sneaking rounds from the stockpile to tinker with.

However, after the collapse of the Confederate leadership, Imperial forces invaded Minntooine and, in the ensuing struggle, Skollus’ father was shot and killed. Skollus was taken back to an Imperial prison and soon put into slavery. The Quarren was held in this position for months, but all the while he planned and schemed on how to get out. One day, simply using metal plates from the mess hall, an electronic piece of the ray shield bars' controls, and cloth from a lost necklace, he constructed a makeshift explosive device. He used it to blow up the wall of his cell during an inspection of the prison by the Imperial Security Bureau in order to escape in the ensuing chaos. Skollus spent the time leading up to the game committing acts of terrorism against the Empire, almost acting as a one man cell in the Mid Rim.

Skollus' drive is to right the innumerable injustices he has witnessed. Be it oppression from the Empire or the Republic, the inequality of the Quarren under the Mon Calamari, or corruption in the Republic or Empire. A particular motivation of his was the murder of his father. This has driven him to a great hatred of the Empire, and to the desire to avenge his death by fighting against the Empire. Skollus will right these wrongs. By any means necessary.

Sabotage - 20
In a word, sabotage. Skollus believes, that due to the Rebellion's small size, that they have to use what small size they have to do whatever they can against the Empire by sabotaging and inconveniencing them wherever possible.

Skollus Qun is a pale salmon-skinned Quarren that stands at 5'9" and has turquoise eyes. On his left temple is a tattoo of the symbol of the Quarren Isolation League. Skollus wears a simple jacket with a bandoiler carrying his explosives and large cargo pants holding his engineering tools. Inside the jacket is a holster for his pistol. On his head, Skollus wears a device that stretches from above the ridges on his head to his eyes that acts as eye protection. He also wears metal bands around his tentacles.
