Stimpack Specialization FaD 152 Whenever the character uses a stimpack, the target heals an additional wound per rank of Stimpack Specialization. The sixth stimpack and beyond each day still have no effect.
Stim Application Unlimited Power 33 The character may take the Stim Application action. To perform this action, they must have access to drugs, a medpac, or stimpacks. They make an Average Medicine check. If successful, one ally they are engaged with (including themselves) increases one characteristic of the character's choice by one for the remainder of the encounter and suffers four strain. A single character's individual characteristics may each only be increased once by Stim Application during an encounter.
Alchemical Arts 2 Unlimited Power 32 Force talent. After making a crafting check to create a potion or talisman, the character may choose to suffer strain no greater than twice their ranks in Alchemical Arts. For every two strain, they may add a Light Force Point or Dark Force Point to the results. If they choose to add a Dark Force Point, they also suffer 1 Conflict per Dark Force Point.
Grit FaD CRB 144 Each rank of Grit increases a character's strain threshold by 1.
Blooded Unlimited Power 32 The character adds 1 Boost Die per rank of Blooded to their checks to resist or recover from the effects of poisons, venoms, and other toxins. Reduce the duration of any related ongoing effects or damage from toxins, venoms, or poisons by one round per rank of Blooded, to a minimum of one.
Transmogrify Unlimited Power 33 Force talent. When making a crafting check, the character may add Force Dice no greater than Force rating to the check. The character may spend a Force Point to add a success to the result, and may spend 2 Force Points to add an advantage to the result.
Knowledgeable Healing FaD CRB 146 When the character performs a successful Medicine check to heal an ally, the character may spend one Destiny Point to allow the target to heal additional wounds equal to the character's ranks in Knowledge (Xenology).
Identify Ingredients Unlimited Power 32 Force talent. After being exposed to any unknown substance, as an out of turn incidental, the character may roll Force Dice no greater than their Force rating. They may spend 2 Force Points to immediately identify the composition and any effects of the substance. At the GM's discrelion, this might provide a Boost Die to the character's later attempts to recreate this substance.
Force Rating Fad CRB 143 Force talent. Each rank permanently increases the character's Force rating by 1.
Dedication (Intellect) FaD CRB 141 Each rank permanently increases a single characteristic of the player's choice by 1 point. This cannot bring a characteristic above 6.

Background

Salen grew up on Mikkia, born to a healer of a small village and a traveling scholar. In her youth she assisted her mother in her duties as the village witch doctor, where she brewed potions and handed out amulets that were supposed to ward off evil spirits. Her father didn't buy into much of it, but he didn't complain about the practice. Instead, he insisted for Salen to also have access to his knowledge as an academian. She learned both arts well, with a deep fascination in all of her studies.

As the Galactic Empire grew in power and confidence, Mikkia was met with hostility from its poisonous propaganda. Salen's village was broken up by force, and her mother was killed for practice in the Force. Salen's father helped spirit her away in the night after her mother's death and called in some favors to help fudge her records so she would appear to be a properly licensed doctor.

Salen boarded a transport off-world to keep up the appearance of her new role. She hasn't forgotten her mother's loss, though, and she likely never will. It still eats at her in her nightmares.

Description

Salen is a pink-skinned Mikkian with a strong force of will and personality. She is delicate in frame, but can be very persistant in getting what she wants. She wears several pieces of jewelry with tribal designs worked into them.
