Sniper Shot 2 Before making a non-thrown ranged attack, as a maneuver increase the weapon’s range by up to 1 band per rank. Upgrade the attack’s difficulty by 1 per range increase.
True Aim 1 Once per round, may perform a True Aim maneuver to gain benefits of aiming and upgrade combat check once per rank of True Aim.
Lethal Blows 1 Add +10 per rank of Lethal Blows to any Critical Injury result inflicted on opponents.
Deadly Accuracy (Ranged [Light, Heavy]) When acquired, choose 1 combat skill. Add damage equal to ranks in that skill to one hit of a successful attack with that skill.
Quick Strike 1 Add [Boost] per rank of Quick Strike to combat checks against targets that have not acted yet this encounter.
Grit 2 Gain +2 strain threshold.

Background

Rast grew up on Corellia, where his parents served as ambassadors for the world of Glee Anselm. As a Nautolan, he had a hard time fitting in, but he learned not to take himself too seriously. In time, he built some real friendships in Coronet City.

Then, the Empire came. Most of Rast's human friends went off to fight the war, and Rast soon followed. Not because of a massive sense of duty to the Republic, but because he knew it was the right thing to do.

Distinguished quickly as the sharpest marksman in his class, Rast was placed on the front lines for a number of dangerous assignments. The last one of these saw him as one of only two survivors, with his Mirialan friend Rion Asharr being the other.

Without much wasted time, the two were placed in a Special Forces group, and finally Rast found himself fitting right in with the motley crew of misfits.

Motivation

Conflict: Squadmates

Rast is loyally dedicated to his allies, especially Rion. He knows the value of a good friend at your back, and he knows the pain of losing those who've entrusted their lives to you.

Rast is ready to do his Duty to the Republic, but his friends are his first and foremost duty.

Belief: Honor

Rast has a code of honor. He eschews guns in general, although he'll readily forgive his friends for using them. He hates getting shot at, and most of all he hates using guns himself, considering them uncivilized. He will do what he can do ensure that no guns are fired at his friends, or at himself, while he's around, and he'll do it using the more "elegant and honorable" blade and bow.

Rast is deadly with his chosen weapons—unconventional though they are—and has earned quite a reputation for himself among his peers. He is always the first to volunteer for dangerous missions, always willing to enter into combat first and draw enemy fire, and completely unwilling to leave anyone behind.

Description

Rast usually wears his tendrils tied back in a loose bunch. His shoulders are broad and his build is athletically muscular. He has the characteristic Nautolan winning smile, dark reddish gold eyes, and dark green skin.
