Background
Growing on Tatooine with a father who was down on his luck working for the Hutts as a almost free labor. His dad help load and unload crates of who knows what while little Cutter Sat by and watched, amazed at all the crazy starship. He would imagine the heroic and zany adventures these pilots, that his father helped, would have out in space. Always dreaming that one day he would be able to pilot a starship and be the most talented and liked pilot in the whole Galaxy. When he got older he started helping his father and started to practice his driving skills and swoops. Jabba the Hutt took notice and started to make Cutter race for him, loading the bets. Cutter did well for himself, buy Jabba always kept him on a short leash making him loose sometimes to fix the system. On day one of Jabba pilots met an unfortunate end to a rancor in a pit, so Cutter was instructed to pilot this starship to a nearby planet. His dream was coming true or he thought. Being Jabba mule was no fun, simple missions here and there. No danger. No chases. No excitement. So cutter started kriffin people off so they would chase him and make these adventures more exciting. This helped him hon his skills and made him as brash and cocky thinking he could out pilot anyone and perform any maneuver.
Motivation
Emancipation: Cutter despises slavery and indentured servitude. After being raised buy a single father who worked for far less credits than deserved and who was afraid to seek better opportunities because of what would happen to him by the Hutts. He feels the same way about the Empire in the rule by force over the people in this galaxy. He tries to hide this with his flirty attitude and brash actions but when someone is in need he will do anything to help them.
Obligations
10- Jabba the Hutt is using my father as leverage to make me do jobs for super cheap or free. If I defy him he will kill my father and or me.
10- on a mission for Jabba the Hutt I ran into a ship containing slaves. I release them to freedom, only to discover they were owned by the Empire. This fact made the thrill even bigger and better
