1) Pads discovered that they were some sort of spiritual being on what should have been a simple salvage trip by that point in the western hemisphere of Endor. While Pads and Irwig were pulling internals from inside a derelict ship, there was a moment when it felt like the voices of those who last manned the vessel were violently berating them. When the emergency power on the ship around Pads and Irwig activated and Irwig would have been fried alive, Pads reached out desperately for Irwig and the falling power cable that was plummeting for Pad's friend - and they stopped altogether . . .

2) . . . For Pads not only extinguished the electrical surge pulsing from the wiring, but in his desperation to stop the pain he was about to witness he extinguished the breath from Irwig. While, after many desperate seconds that felt like hours, Irwig's breath returned - Irwig would never be able to speak again as their vocal chords were shattered.

3) Initially, Pads kept with his tribe as a shaman dedicated to salvage work, however Luke's return to Endor and the creation of the trading hub on Endor created an avenue for Pads to realize that the stories told by C3-P0 as they were passed through the storytellers were more than just tales of old. Pads came to join the NJO out of curiosity, for so too did the NJO represent a powerful spiritual power in the world that had the same sort of connection that Pads had with that derelict ship long ago.

4) Pads has an unbreakable bond with Irwig that has lasted since they were cubs. Irwig might not have been able to verbally forgive Pads, but the two of them have been through thick and thin and would lay their life down for each other should the time come. They also used to get into plenty of trouble together, laying traps for the elders which regularly consisted of the euphoric stink juices present in the bark slugs that rested in the damp spring roots.

5) Ewoks have been pets, slaves, even skinned for their "primitive" nature amd it is this wide-spread nature that has made it mainstream to belittle Ewoks at the hub on Endor and try and cheat them out of fair trades or payment. Whilst in the middle of a scrap-race with a Rodian scavenger from the Mid Rim, one Cardo Varr, it was Pads pride that enabled him to push his generator-scrapping down to the end mere moments ahead of Cardo Varr.

Strength: Pride - Ever since his discovery of his natural talent with technology and his innate cunning, Pads has been fueled by each accomplishment along the way. Time will tell if his Pride will ultimately be his downfall.

Weakness: Obstinance - The Ewoks are new to the age of technology, being only two dozen years in on the game, however their natural talent with technology it is particularly easy for Pads to jump the gun on how something should work. With Pads' pride also comes obstinance as his way has always worked, so why shouldn't it work now - damn it!
