M/H-LOM Was one of the original LOM series protocol droids put out by Industrial Automation. He was purchased by a core worlds medical supplies wholesaler, who had to deal with many different alien species. Over time, M/H-LOM's programming, like so many other LOM series droids became corrupted. Unlike most of his series however, he became infatuated with the various chemicals, supplies, products, and tools bought and sold by his master's company. M/H-LOM could often be found forgoing recharging and instead attaining medical knowlege by downloading and processing various texts he found on the holonet. In a final state of "droid madness" he ripped out his translation matrix and replaced his arm with an expiremental medical one. His left hand whirred to life, bristling with tools, blades, and scanners. After doing a brief systems rundown, he calmly and quietly walked through the halls to the cloesest crew quarters. Upon arriving, he performed various extreme and needless operations on sleeping victims, making sure they stayed that way through anathesia. He was shot with a ion blaster on his way back to his charging station, losing "consiosness". His master found his droid too much trouble to be worth it and sold it to a wandering scrap dealer. While M/H-LOM does not know what happened between that and his awakening on [Insert surface Nima is using to work on him] he does know much has happened. His parts are mismatched even further, the repairs on his body done poorly. He carries equipment he know's he shouldn't know how to use, but does. Most strangely, a Polis Massan bodysuit has been stretched over his frame, the only differences obvious between M/H-LOM and the species being the height, and the face, having made no attempt to hide or alter his original.

M/H-LOM is found by Nima in an awkwardly placed way on a scrap heap, a large and widely used symbol of doctors emblazoned on the chest. The dealer doesn't know much about it, just that he found it powered down in that heap and that it's heavily modified. The droid is in a general state of disrepair, it's memory circuits fried. The subroutines and files for medical work, and some diplomacy and translation that didn't get overwriten remain however. The medical arm he attatched to himself is still there, but it is severly outdated by now, lacking many of the newest tools and chemicals.
