It was they who failed to act, every time. Not just them, but him. Tylon, and his "caretaker". The one who taught him to temper himself, not to act in the face of real desperation and weakness.

His caretaker recognised his care, and viewed it as weakness. He called it a "laugh in the face of Discipline and the Force." He trained him to be brutal- trained him to 'negotiate aggressively.'

The Jedi failed to act, they failed to perform their duty, and they harmed everyone by standing in the way of people who could do what's right. Tylon might not have agreed with the Sith's darker methods- but he believes that the Sith have a true goal, and a will to power.

Power is not strength.

Power is power.

Cause: Help the Helpless. The Jedi are the oppressors, the careless faces behind dark screens. Help those who need it. No matter the reason.

Character Strength: Sympathy. Tylon, while brutal in his carried out ways and nature, is by no means a force of reckless rage. Moreover, he is strangely sympathetic towards most plights, something he believes the Jedi fail to accept.

Character Flaw: Recklessness. Tylon can often find himself in sticky situations in order to prevent his comrades from falling into danger, which causes him to be very reckless with his actions, lest he not act at all like some council hippie.
