HK-3, a refurbished HK droid, is a bounty hunter operating out of Hutt space. He has served Dolo the Hutt on numerous occasions, however as we meet him he is starting to be fed up with his time on Nar Shaddaa. As an accomplished assassin in his own right, he feels like he has outgrown his pay level and reputation within Hutt Space. This is become especially apparent lately after a heated discussion with Dolo himself after HK-3 barely escaped after running a mission to Gyndine where he was assigned the task of taking out an Imperial Sergeant. HK-3 was unaware of this target's status within the Imperial Army and was only provided a date, time, location, and photo of his target: all he needs to carry out a hit. Dolo's dislike of the droid's tone when he came back to Nar Shaddaa seeking additional payments led to HK-3 hiding out on a ship as Dolo sent a group of goons after him, leading to HK-3 meeting Jek.

HK-3 looks like your typical HK droid but with some wear and tear on his chassis. He is dark grey with blue accents and most commonly has his IQA-11 on his back. On missions he'll throw on scanner goggles, a backpack, and a utility belt all with the necessary gear to commit the hits he's assigned. Many see his red eyes across the cantina as he's waiting for a contact and assume the worst, but HK-3 is uninterested in fighting unless he is being paid credits.
