Background
Born into servitude to the Cartels, Webb's life has been one of constant conflict and blood in service to others. Trained early in life to serve the Hutts as a common thug, a thief, and even an assassin, Webb was a cold blooded bastard who felt no remorse, and showed no mercy... until he met Chanti Taan, the only woman who could match both his heartless dedication, and kill-count.
A Gank, like himself, Chanti and Webb met when their packs joined together to perform a mag-rail robbery. After the heist, the team decided to stick together and start working for themselves. They killed the Hutt that owned them, took the cash, and began their campaign of death and destruction leaving a trail of dead men and ashes across dozens of frontier worlds.
For years Webb plied his trade, relying on his unnatural reflexes and unwavering aim to kill, rob, or destroy whatever stood in his way. The only thing that held him back was his growing feelings for Chanti. What started as a rivalry between the two pack-mates slowly grew to a Bonnie and Clyde style relationship and led to the pair becoming life-mates.
For as long as he could remember, Webb's only concern was for himself and the next score, but his affections for Chanti lead to several close calls as he went out of his way to protect his life-mate. He began to realize that with each new score, came even greater danger, and that one day, their bloody crusade would come to a violent end. He knew that to protect Chanti, they would have to leave their old life behind.
Webb did what he could to convince Chanti to leave the others, but she was reluctant to leave the life and her pack behind, even if it were for her and Webb. They decided that they would do one last score, then disappear, but when the job was done, Chanti had betrayed Webb to the pack and revealed his intentions. She didn't show up to their meeting place after the heist, but was replaced by half of the pack, sent to kill Webb for his betrayal.
Too fast for the other pack members, Webb killed his would-be murderers and former brothers and sisters, but not without sustaining significant injury. He tracked down the surviving members of the pack, resulting in a showdown between him and his life-mate. They both knew who was going to win the duel, but only one of them was right. When her iron left Chanti's holster, Webb's blaster stayed right where it was, even facing down death, he did not flinch or hesitate, but Chanti did. Now he was the one staring down the barrel of a blaster, but it wasn't fear that ruled him, only love. "We can still leave", he told her, but she would not be swayed. She was rebellious, like him, and would never be satisfied without the true freedom outlaws like them enjoyed. Heartbroken and betrayed, Webb turned to leave, and she rewarded him with a shot in the back.
When he awoke, Webb was a broken man, physically and emotionally. His cybernetic body clung to life, as his wretched despairing heart longed for death. He wandered from place to place, looking for a fit end to his life of violence, when he was found by someone who showed him true affection for the first time in his life. She healed him, rebuilt him, and cared for him like no other had before. His life was spent serving those that would use him, and now for the first time, he has chosen who to serve. She isn't his pack-mate, but she is his family.
Motivation
Webb just lives day to day. His past life has left him scarred in more ways than one, and he has no real aspirations of his own beyond lounging around, playing cards, and drinking Choco-milk. The only thing getting him out of bed every day is his partners tendency to find trouble, or more often, have trouble find her.

Several members of his former gang remain on the loose, including his former life-mate.
Description
Ganks are known not by their features, but by the armor they wear, and the rampant use of cybernetics to enhance their killer abilities. Few can claim to have ever really seen what a Gank looks like, and fewer still speak true. Ganks conceal themselves in full body combat armor and tribal looking masks, even disguising their voices with cybernetic comm implants, and Webb is no different. He's covered head to toe in yellow armor, marred with the scars of battle, face concealed with a mask in the motif of a skull.
