Fenn’s parents were members of the Resistance, unbeknownst to him. Growing up, Fenn’s family was smack dab in the center of what would be considered middle-class. From an early age, Fenn showed an interest in and aptitude with computers and machinery. His parents nurtured this fascination and pushed him very hard when it came to his studies. His effort landed him a spot at a very respected Imperial technology school.

Fenn had always assumed that his parents pushed him so hard so that he would go on to be successful and be eventually settle down to comfortably raise a family with ample ability to provide for them. Little did he know, his parents were simply trying to keep him from getting involved with the Resistance and the fight to restore the Republic.

During the first year of his degree program, Fenn’s parents were killed in a freak shuttle accident while commuting home in a very busy section of Bothawui air space. Devastated, Fenn poured every ounce of energy he could into his studies in an attempt to busy his mind, but also to achieve the goal his parents had pushed him toward.

After graduation, Fenn got a cushy job working for Triumph Security as an offensive corporate slicer. After being at the company for a few years, Fenn was assigned to an Imperial client of Triumph’s. During an engagement for the client, Fenn discovered an out of place file on the system he was prepping to use as the launch point for his offense. Being curious by nature (as all Bothans are), he quickly had a peek at the file and discovered that it was actually surveillance video of the shuttle crash that killed his parents. Through this footage, he learned that his parents were actually working with the Resistance and were murdered by the Empire who made the shuttle crash look like an accident.

On a quest for revenge, Fenn tracked down his parent’s rebel contacts and has vowed to make the Empire pay by infiltrating their systems and stealing any information that may help the Resistance in taking down the monsters that murdered his family.
