10 obligation
obligation is the reason why your character is living on the fringes of society. Every session the GM will make an obligation check to see if obligation triggers, which causes stress for the players causing their strain threshhold to reduce.
Examples of obligation would be addiction, obessesion, debt, or mob favours. Really any reason you can think of that your character would be living on the fringes of the galaxy/society.
