Vaakir grew up like any Klatooinian, that can be said for many generations at least, tied to and utterly controlled by the Hutts. What started off as a pact, in which should have been temporary, the Hutts have dominated the Klatooinian culture. Taking advantage of the very core values of his species, honor and loyalty. Vaakir Ukral, brought up throughout his youth to be disciplined and tough never questioned where his loyalties stood. The Hutts were practicably gods among his people, in their eyes the very Ancients they have worshiped since the beginning, but ignorance is bliss. He grew up training to be a warrior, a defender of his planet or wherever his god's needed him. Until he was nearly of age, yet to begin his life of servitude; in which he overheard whispering's of his villages seers, speakings of uprising, independence, and finding our way once more. Something awoke in Vaalkir that day, questions of meaning and questions of truth. He began each day thereafter begging those who stood up to the Hutts tyranny, to teach him of the old ways and of what he could do to help. Alas, for all who wanted rise against the Hutts, it just wouldn't be enough. The Klatooinians, as fierce and prideful as they were, had been brainwashed for too long. In time his people would stand up and gather, but until that day he would continue his training elsewhere, away from his home world to which brought nothing but disgust now. Patiently waiting for the day of retribution for his people.

Vaalkir is motivated by the serverance of servitude of his people by the Hutts. Everything he trains for is guided by retribution. Too long have the Hutts enslaved his kind, destroying their culture and their history.

Vaalkir Ukral is obligated by his Servitude to the Hutts, which he has forsaken in the name of freedom and retribution for his people. While he may forsake that, he is still a Klatooinian and in the eyes of a Hutt, a slave.

Vaalkir is six foot, and of athletic build, dark complexion,
