Frank grew up in the lower levels of Coruscant, frequently sneaking into dive bars to watch the performers or sometimes just sit and watch the street performers trying to earn tips and gaze in awe at their talents. Frank had parents but they weren't really all that different, his dad worked in various factories and shops while his mom typically watched him and his little sister so they wouldn't cause too much trouble. But being in that area Frank was kinda bound to make mistakes from hitting on the Twi'lek dancers and getting chased off by the massive Besalisk named Codren Plu. to the many occasions of him trying to start a playful musical battle with other street p[performers who weren't too keen on him trying to steal the show. Over the years Frank watched his family be slowly consumed by the crime filled lower levels with his father being killed during a fire when a swoop gang sabotaged and set explosives around the facility which trapped many of the workers inside. His sister turned to prostitution and dancing in clubs even with all the efforts of her brother to keep her innocent and out of the seedy gutters of Coruscant. His mother seemed to be around less and less after his father died and eventually was just gone when Frank was 19. However the hard times haven't really messed with Franks optimistic and upbeat aura. Frank is now looking to find other opportunities in the galaxy and wouldn't mind recruiting some members to make a band or at least get some folks to be his management and transportation.

Ambition - Status

It's pretty clear that Frank is a musical man. mainly of the jazz and swing variety. He wants to ride this music to the top of the galaxy and be the next Silicon Red. He doesn't care about money even, he just wants to be known and to be able to make people have the uncontrollable urge to Twist, Charleston, and Swing.

Frank has quite a few incidents of disrupting the public, most of the time it's where people get annoyed of his racket and his "sweet jams". Sometimes it's from his occasional drunk meandering.
