Background
Ka-Dorr-Adi comes from the planet Cerea. He grew up on a farm but moved to Tecave City to become trained as a an Enforcer for the Council. He spent a lot of time in the Outsider Citadels, where offworlders were allowed to live on Cerea (which were also dens of criminal activity). He was excellent at his job because of his Force sensitivity, which manifested in an uncanny ability to find things and perceive the world around him. Once he understood that he was Force sensitive, he appealed to the council to leave the planet and seek a teacher. They denied his request, not wanting to attract the attention of the Empire. He left anyway, leaving the Council, and Cerea, behind. Now he is seeking others who know the Force to teach him and help his powers grow.
