Background
Barik was at one point the lead mechanic on a space station. He had a wife and was hoping to have a child soon. The empire came through and attacked the station for suspected treason. Barik barely survived, due to the sacrifice of his wife launching him on an escape pod, giving up her seat to a child. He tried to go with her, but she was too quick. Banging on the glasteel viewer on the pod, something broke inside Barik. He vowed to bring down the uncaring and destructive Empire.

Barik is in his mid 20s, and is gifted with mechanical skills. He has always been good at taking things apart and putting them back together.
He proudly wears his uniform he was requisitioned, after modding it as much as he could afford.
