Background
Bobb has never been what one would refer to as an upstanding citizen. When you are 3 feet tall in the roughest reaches of the galaxy, you learn to do whatever it takes to make friends and survive. For Bobb, that meant working with Hutts and smugglers, buying and selling whatever he could make a profit on and setting up connections that would have his back.
Motivation
For Bobb, survival comes first. But when all is said and done he almighty credit is a damn close second. Everyone has their price and anyone who says money can't buy happiness clearly has never gone without for very long.
Obligations
Criminal- 10
While criminal is a relatively loose term when one deals with Hutts, Bobb has a criminal record longer than he is from forays into more civilized space, and it turns out that even the Hutts have their laws.
Debt (Coterie) - 10
Bobb is both financially and emotionally indebted to his new "friends", as helping a lone Toydarian get out of Hutt hands and then giving him the opportunities that exist within the Coterie can not be cheap.
Description
Bobb is barely 3 feet from head to toe, with a short and stubby trunk. His fingers and toes are slim and wiry, and his pudgy torso and lanky limbs are oft covered in many pocketed clothing and rigging enough to carry 3 of him.
Other Notes
In addition to his sweet smelling body odor, Bobb's taste for other sweets and mints, as well as his habit of dealing in various distinct smelling pastries, may leave one with the impression of him smelling vaguely like a pastry or other baked goods.
