5 - Hold the line

Steel will always hold the line, and he will do everything in his power to make sure those around him (especially those under him) do the same. He will always provide cover fire and be the last line of defense if he has to.

5 - Lead by example

Steel is not a leader to passively sit behind the lines and command over comms. He will be in the thick of things with his men to ensure that they see their Lieutenant has skin in the game with them.

Description

Known by those who have trained with him as someone with an iron will that never backs down and is seemingly fearless, the origin of the nickname "Steel" is obvious enough. He leads less by force of personality and more by force of will. He is not one to leave a man behind, and he will rally those with the guts to stick with him to be the last ones out, should the situation turn dire, to ensure that as many friendlies can be evacuated as possible.
