Background
Pulled 250 years forward by his future self, 19 year old Semrar Dissil trained in deception and subterfuge for a year until the death of his older self. Taking the name Cimnis, his mission is doing his best to maintain balance in the galaxy.
He is obscure enough not to be noticed, his slicer skill gets him a whole new identity for his name. Before getting pulled through time he honed his pheromone control like all falleen do and did mild force training (due to the fact that he was interrupted and redirected). After being pulled he learned slicing, made a new identity and kept tabs on the clone war to looking for a way to get involved without blowing his cover. as far as the jedi archives say, Semrar has disappeared and has no connection with Cimnis. After training on his home world he could have been discovered by the Jedi so he may be young but not as young as most. As to joining the jedi he wants to work from within an organization he is familiar with and to this end he labors as an archivist at the Jedi temple

Description
Twenty year old Cimnis is a male Falleen with moss green skin and braided ponytail of black hair that forks into two smaller braids. Close inspection reveals copper strands threaded in his hair. He appears unassuming at 5’5” with a lean frame of 130 pounds, and that is exactly what he wants. He carries an air of quiet confident resolve but is content to keep to himself the majority of the time. He wears a durable double-breasted dark grey vest over a simple woven shirt. A basic tapered pant and heavy black knee length coat complete his ensemble of clothing.
Other Notes
I, Semrar Dissil, being of sound body but questionable state of mind commit to record a summary of my 270 years of life. Born 269 years before the battle of Geonosis, nothing truly noteworthy occurred in my career since being inducted into the Jedi order. The Jedi have always missed something, always overlooked a complete understanding of the force. The Sith, of course, are wrong to be so selfish, but the Jedi are naive to be so passive.
Watching over two centuries as the unrest in the galaxy foreshadows a devolution to chaos, my tolerance has reached its limit. If any are to be the protectors of balance in the galaxy I fear there is not enough and I am out of time. Beyond the twilight of my life, these eyes will not live to see the coming resurgence of evil, my hands with not rise to oppose the dark times Sifo-Dyas foresaw. I searched the wisdom of the force for an answer, something to give me peace as I pass out of the physical realm.
I have found a portal, an intersection of all that is. In this world between worlds I found myself, my much younger self. I have taken him from his natural place in time and brought him to my present. I have tampered with the natural order but I consider myself to be insignificant enough that the consequence for this perversion will be middling, if in fact there is any consequence at all. I have provided my younger self with my reasons and an explanation of what I have done. We agree that the sacrifice of my past and his future is worth the future we endeavor to give the rest of the galaxy.
