Background
Bella grew up on Corellia with little supervision as both her parent's were always either stoned or drunk. As like most Corellians, she was naturally good at flying and would spend her days stealing swoop bikes participating in unofficial (and technically illegal) races around the city. When Bella was about 10-years-old (she doesn't know her real age) she met her best friend Tali while attempting to steal Tali's father's swoop bike. Bella taught Tali to fly and they would participate in races together. When they were 15, they were pulling off their usual stunt of one illegally working together in a race in order to help the other win, then they would split the prize. One would race ahead while the other would simply block people from passing giving the other one more time to create a bigger gap. During this race Tali was doing the blocking which normally Bella would do as she was the better pilot of the two. The race ended with Tali colliding with another swoop bike and the two exploded. There were no survivors. Bella blamed herself for the accident as she was the one who suggested they switch roles as she wanted to win. She then quit racing and found a job piloting a freighter ship. After three boring and uneventful years of this, when they were attacked by pirates it was the most exciting day since she had left Corellia. She attempted to out run the pirates and almost succeeded however, even the best of pilots can only do so much when flying a heavy piece of junk. When the pirates boarded she immediately informed them that she would be joining them as their pilot which she found was the best decision she has ever made. Five years later, the Empire attacked their ship and captured most of the crew. Those that made it safely away were split up and since then Bella has been attempting to track them down, picking up odd jobs to survive.
