Background

Pudmala Ackar left his homeworld in order to gain credits in more an "Innovative" way than many other Neimoidians. Trying to perfect the arts of stealth, sleight of hand and the inner workings of the black market, he now hopes to earn a lot of credits, while trying to avoid "imperial entanglements"

Fresh out of larvae, it quickly became apparent Pudmala liked the benefits of money, but not really to do an honest days work. He stole everything he could get his hands on and after an unsuccessful fraud attempt with some influential businessmen, it was very clear that next time a possible "accident" was very probable.

Pudmala, someone who really didn't like the sound of such a thing, sneaked off into the cargo hold of a trading ship bound for Coruscant to start a new life on Great City planet. Still not rid of his shady ways, Pudmala soon learned he needed to adapt: One could not just pickpocket the nearest alien on the street, or steal goods from stands on markets. The underbelly of Coruscant was not gullible, and justice was swift and unrelenting. Soon he would meet his demise in a dark and forgotten alley, possible days until he was found if ever if he did not adjust.

To survive he could not rely on the quickness of his hand or the silence of his step, here there was a need for cunning, wit, strategy and deception. And so he evolved and relished in it. Apparently, more than completing a theft under the nose of some wealthy tourist, more enjoyment was found for Pudmala in the successful heist. A well-planned order of events coming together, still horribly illegal of course, but with these new skills, he felt the criminal underbelly of the galaxy was but his oyster, and he was going to take it for his own.

What motivates Ackar is credits, credits, and more credits. The tradition of greed in his culture influenced him deeply and he dreams off a life where credits and what comes with it are limitless.

Ackar have been involved in shady business since he went to explore the galaxy. Once he tried to pickpocket a man in a casino, only to discover this was a mid-ranking imperial official, which were not happy.
