Upgrade Effect

Background

Raised on the Outer Rim planet of Mandalore, Shamuss was born into one of the first non-Taung tribe families accepted to live within the Mandalorian Space. Surprisingly, with Shamuss' lineage primarily consisting of cultural nomadic hunter-warriors, his parents converted peacefully to the New Mandalorian ideology under Duchess Satine. Hence, it under the New Mandalorian Government when Shamuss discovered his passion to justly seek out corruption driven by greed. Having fell victim to offworld imported teas laced with unchecked dangerous chemicals as a child, Shammus quickly became aware of customs and planetary justice misconducts. Inspired by the events which transpired (hospitalization), Shamuss grew up to become a sector detective in Mandalorian Space. Fearlessly targeting corporations, governmental entities, and social powerhouses in the name of justice, Shammus sought through the medium of investigation to guard voiceless innocent minorities.

Having served five years with Mandalorian Sector Justice, Shamuss quickly ranked up as one of the departments lead detectives. That is, at least until his chief officer framed him under false accusations. Yes, unfortunately Shamuss' detective career came to an end when investigating a sector corporation dealing in unhumanoiditarian labors and ethics. After becoming terminated in attempt to defend himself against the accusations of 'planting evidence', Shamuss eventually discovered that the corporation under investigation had his chief under their payroll with the objective to end all public investigations on their dealings. Does the infiltration of corruption know no bounds? Devastated by the event, Shamuss was in a dark place until running into a friend, named Mylla.

PI/Force Discovery (In Development)

Motivation

Never Again: Shamuss will 'never allow himself again' to trust a governmental justice entity. His new philosophy is give the information directly to the people and let them decide on how to handle the truth. Shamuss, now, practices this philosophy as a private investigator.

Disgraced (10): Shamuss was setup by the very sector justice whom he was employed by. When investigating a corporation who's humanoiditarian ethics were in question, his chief officer accused him of planting false evidence and not following legal procedures. Defending himself against the accusations, the sector fired him, only to later discover his boss had been bought the same corporation under investigation.

Keeper of Faith (10): Shamuss still believes corruption should be brought to the media's attention. Ever vigilant, he now directly serves the public clientele individually case by case as a private investigator.

Description

Shamuss is as tall hulking Togorian male with cocoa, tawny browns and kobicha mane mohawk running down his back. While built from a long lineage of hunter-warriors, he directs his hunter instincts into investigation rather than combat.
