Saro comes from the planet of Nar Shaddaa. He was raised on a life of surviving the streets and eventually joined the Empire to attempt and escape that planet. The Empire ended up tossing him away as he did not make the cut to become an imperial trooper, leaving him critically wounded one day and left for dead. He was found, grasping for life, by a member of the Organa family, who ended up saving his life. Saro swore to this family a life debt, should they ever need his help, he would come. After leaving the family, Saro began to pursue the life of a Bounty hunter, realizing his history could be useful for something and that he can make a decent living.
