Mical, as far as he can remember, was always a cloistered little Jedi. From the time spent being a youngling to a Padawan in his teen years, all he knew was the way of the Jedi. When he grew older, however, he had his own aspirations, surfing through the galaxy and seeing what he missed for so long. Due to this straying of the Order, his own philosophy and means of fighting are... Strange; alien. This would soon seep into the gossiping nature of all humans and near-humans alike, dubbing him an "Outcast." While he isn't completely in love with the Order, he no doubt respects their noble efforts; what he doesn't like is that the council takes forever and a half to actually do anything. While Mical is not a reckless individual, he is someone who can discern patience from fear and anxiety - clearly the council suffers from the latter.
Mical's main duty is that of recruitment. To him, this war seems like two niche groups fighting each other while the bystanders have to suffer. He wishes to see the common man at arms and fight against the CIS, and will prove the competence of the Republic and the Order with his fighting and campaigns.
Mical's main motivation in this war is to finally bring back peace to the galaxy. It's bad enough that even the Jedi must interfere, and this whole bout forces him to actually do something that he really doesn't want to do. His secondary goal is to end the war quickly as to avoid more casualties and damages to property that would take a lot of time and credits to restructure and rebuild.
Morality (85) - Light Side
Mical's largest emotional strength is that of Ambition. While he is patient like most Jedi should be, he dislikes the idea of waiting for too long. Due to his estranged ties with the Order, Mical seeks to carry out whatever actions are necessary to win this war against the CIS.
Mical's glaring emotional weakness is that of Coldness. Due to his time away from the Order, Mical doesn't see that the bigger picture of this war pertains to them as well. He is usually disinterested of the opinions and apparent power of his fellow peers, and would only go so far as to give a pat on the back rather than any real praise.
