Background

Born from a cloning vat in 32 BBY, he was trained from birth to be a soldier. When the Clone Wars rolled around he was part of the special group of clones trained by Kal Skitara to become leaders in the Grand Army (other notable members of this class are Captain Rex, and Commanders Cody, Fox, Wolffe, and Bly). He was noticed by Skitara and later on would be one of the few clones to which he would spread the secrets of reduced aging onto the clones. During the war, he would be deployed to serve in the 44th Ranger Battalion, where they were mainly deployed to Forested, Swampy worlds where stealth and precision strikes were key to victory. Key worlds he was sent to were Bimmisaari, Dantooine, Thyferra, and Ansion. He spent most of his time leading his clone brothers in pitched battles where the entire planet could be one or lost by one bad move. This lead to him having deep-seated respect for those who weren’t built for war and became very good at training nonclones to be at their level of proficiency. This would benefit him in the early days of the rebellion where he taught his tactics to what would become the Alliance Pathfinders. After years of combat, a mix of victories and defeats came the end of the Clone Wars, a declaration of New Order, and Order 66. After spending a whole war fighting beside the Jedi the order that they were all traitors hit him hard, but he followed his orders to the letter. He became a stormtrooper but he retired when he could no longer stomach what he had done. He would spend many years in Mandalorian space as a simple working man within the Skitara clan when he heard the Declaration of Rebellion. He journeyed to the nearest rebel base carrying his own clone gear and joined with a rebel cell. He would later be moved to Alliance High Command to train the first regiment of Specforce Pathfinders that would be used later in the war. Due to his skill, he was given a rank and position inside of them. When the rebellion had to leave Yavin he would follow them to Hoth where he would mix his time spent between guarding and patrolling with also having to train companies of pathfinders when they could be recruited. He spent a couple of hours each day following the Mandalorian death rite to remember those he had fought beside and the Jedi he had to kill.

Motivation

Belief: Republic- As he was a soldier in the Grand Army and he still holds those ideas.
Drive: Guilt- He feels guilty for what he did at the end of the Clone Wars and for what he did while part of the Empire. He wants to feel redeemed.
